Cancellation Policy

Your appointment is very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellation. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. When cancelling in less than 24 hours, notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount and "NO SHOWS" will be charged 100%.

Credit Card is required to have on file to honor the cancellation policy. 

You will alway pay for your appointment in person after the session.

There is a 3.5% processing fee when paying with credit card.
